Love this pic! August always makes me think of sunflowers!... and corn! I am waiting for fresh corn on the cob.
There they are ....... standing tall and proud with not much of a stem to hold them up and not maybe not the best location ....... but still showing off their lovely sunny face! Success in the face of adversity.
